We decided to list our home in the Bend area after several years of enjoying life in beautiful Dechutes county. We have owned many homes in our lives and interviewed several agents before deciding on Molly and Ken Renner of Cascade Hasson Sotheby’s for our listing agents.

From the initial meeting we were impressed with their grasp of the market conditions, friendliness, and most importantly, the plan they presented for marketing the property.
We acknowledged it was a poor time to sell based on high interest rates but had an offer in on a much larger newer house.

Ken and Molly arranged a video of our home, guided us on how to prep the interior for the listing and had the marketing done within a few days. They suggested a list price which we agreed with and explained we were prepared to maintain both houses for up to six months in a slow real estate market.

We had a great offer within a week! We were shocked and unprepared for the quick sale.

Ken and Molly did a great job of navigating us through the paperwork, home inspections and negotiations with the buyers until we could actually arrange the move.

We would recommend them without reservation for your future home buying or selling intentions. They are masters of the process.

My wife and I ended up working with several different agents in multiple states, over a 3 year period. The common myth that all brokers are the same was shattered by Ken and Molly. Yes, they are backed by Sotheby’s, arguably the best realty company out there; but Ken and Molly took it much more beyond that with their high level of service. They were the most attentive, understanding, and well-measured agents that we’ve ever worked with. They helped us get exactly what we wanted, and were very thoughtful and strategic when our real estate transaction hit speed-bumps (due to the other party). Ken and Molly were a pleasure to work with, and are highly recommended. They are not your average realtors by any stretch and you’d be hard pressed to find a better team to work with.

We couldn’t ask for nicer people to help us sell our Sunriver home. Molly and Ken Renner are very knowledgeable about what’s happening in the real estate market, and were diligent in their efforts to sell our vacation home, in a difficult market. Not only did they sell our house, they found us another house in Sunriver, that checked ALL of our boxes of what we needed for our growing family! Molly is respectful and NOT PUSHY to her clients to achieve a sale. That was important to us. Buying and selling a house, involves a lot of money! It’s important to work with people that you can trust!
